Also I feel it's better to expose a <ScrollArea/> component as it is, which will render Scrollbar and Corner internally.

It was mostly done to match the exposed API with Radix Scroll Area API but I agree that the it is too verbose. We will expose the required Radix components like Corner, Scrollbar, etc. if required in future. I have simplified the API. |

Description
feat: add scroll-area component
Note: The scrollbar background is under descussion with design. Also, as present in the design it is not possible to expand the scroll bar length wise on hover due to some restrictions and its counter behavioural.
Note: The scrollbar only expands width wise and not length wise on hover as it not an ideal behaviour as the length is calculated using the content. Also, on extreme ends of the scroll path the expansion will fail and will be unnecessarily complex to handle.
